Your headlights face road debris every time you drive. This pre-cut headlight PPF kit adds a protective film layer over the exterior lens surfaces while giving you three appearance options.

• Clear: Transparent gloss film preserves the original headlight appearance.
• Smoked: Translucent charcoal film adds a darker appearance while keeping the underlying headlight design visible.
• Transparent Yellow: Yellow film adds a distinctive color accent while keeping the underlying headlight design visible.

The two-piece pattern for each headlight separates the outer section from the inner section. Each piece is pre-cut and supplied on backing paper for identification and placement.

Four-Piece Wet Installation Overview

Work in a clean, sheltered space with cool headlights. Prepare clean microfiber towels, a PPF-safe squeegee, and the application solution specified for your film. Follow the instructions supplied with your order.

1. Prepare the lenses. Clean the headlights and surrounding edges thoroughly. Remove residue and inspect for cracks, peeling coatings, or other damage.
2. Identify all four pieces. Separate the driver and passenger groups. Each side contains an outer-pattern piece and an inner-pattern piece. Check each against its matching lens section before removing the backing.
3. Wet the surfaces. Wet the lens and adhesive with the specified application solution as the backing is removed. Keep the adhesive free of dirt and fingerprints.
4. Align one piece at a time. Position each piece on its corresponding lens section. Check the perimeter and spacing between sections before anchoring. Keep film off adjacent paint and chrome trim.
5. Squeegee outward. Use controlled, overlapping passes to move solution toward the edges. Work gradually across contours without forcing folds or overstretching the film.
6. Inspect and finish. Repeat for all four pieces. Check for lifted edges or trapped solution, then follow the supplied setting and aftercare instructions before washing.

Care & Durability

Follow the film-specific aftercare instructions. Use gentle washing methods and avoid directing high-pressure water at film edges. Inspect edges periodically and contact our team if lifting develops.

The clear VOIR film carries an up-to-10-year durability rating. Actual service life depends on preparation, installation, climate, exposure, and maintenance. This rating does not guarantee a fixed lifespan or establish a warranty.
