These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Premium Auto Styling website (www.premiumautostyling.com and prmstyl.com) and any purchase you make ("Products"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. PRODUCT USE & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Some Products are designed for off-road, show, or track use only and may not be legal for on-road use in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for checking local, state, and federal laws before purchasing, installing, or using any Product. Premium Auto Styling makes no representations regarding the legality of any Product for street use in your area.


2. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT

Order Acceptance:

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock availability issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Pricing:

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the correct price.
  • Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Payment:

  • Payment is processed at the time of order.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Our payment processing is provided by Shopify Payments and other secure payment processors.

3. SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY

Shipping:

  • Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier delays, weather, customs clearance (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are made to order and ship within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Risk of Loss:

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.
  • For shipments requiring signature confirmation, you are responsible for ensuring someone is available to sign.

International Orders:

  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Process:

  • Contact us at orders@premiumautostyling.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to our error or product defect.

International Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (typically $20-$50+ depending on country).
  • Original shipping charges and any customs duties/taxes paid are non-refundable.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY (30 DAYS)

Warranty Coverage:

  • We warrant against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 30 days from the purchase date, applicable to the original purchaser only.

What Is NOT Covered:

  • Improper installation or removal
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic blemishes that appear after installation
  • Damage from chemicals, weather conditions, pressure washers, or automatic car washes
  • Issues arising from non-OEM paint, repaints, poor surface preparation, or compromised surfaces
  • Damage to vehicles or property resulting from installation or removal

How to Make a Claim:

  • Email orders@premiumautostyling.com within 30 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • Detailed description of the problem
  • If approved, we'll repair, replace, or provide a remedy at our sole discretion.

DISCLAIMER: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.


6. INSTALLATION & SURFACE CONDITION

Proper Installation Required:

  • Products must be installed according to provided instructions.
  • Proper surface preparation is required, including cleaning, decontamination, and isopropyl alcohol wipe-down.
  • Installation should be performed at recommended temperatures and conditions.

Surface Conditions:

  • Films and vinyl products are removable when installed and removed as directed on properly prepared OEM surfaces.
  • We cannot guarantee outcomes on repainted, aged, damaged, or otherwise compromised surfaces.
  • Always test in an inconspicuous area first.

Installation Liability:

  • Premium Auto Styling is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, paint, or property resulting from installation, use, or removal of any Product.
  • Professional installation is recommended for best results.

7. NOTICE OF NON-AFFILIATION & TRADEMARKS

Premium Auto Styling is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any automobile manufacturer or brand.

All manufacturer names, model names, logos, marks, emblems, and images are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and fitment reference purposes only.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Toyota, Lexus (Toyota Motor Corporation)
  • Ford, Lincoln (Ford Motor Company)
  • Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac (General Motors)
  • RAM, Jeep, Dodge (Stellantis N.V.)
  • Honda, Acura (Honda Motor Co.)
  • Nissan, Infiniti (Nissan Motor Co.)
  • Hyundai, Kia, Genesis (Hyundai Motor Group)
  • And all other automotive manufacturers

All rights belong to their respective trademark owners. Use of these names is for reference only and does not imply endorsement.


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership:

  • All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, product images, patterns, designs, and software—is owned by or licensed to Premium Auto Styling and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

Restrictions:

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content without our prior written permission.
  • Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in legal action.

9. USER CONTENT (REVIEWS, PHOTOS & SUBMISSIONS)

License Grant:

  • If you submit reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, or other content ("User Content") to us, you grant Premium Auto Styling a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display that content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.

Representations:

  • You represent that you own or have the right to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Privacy:

  • Your personal information associated with User Content is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Premium Auto Styling, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damage to vehicles, property, or personal injury
  • Claims arising from your use of the Site or Products

MAXIMUM LIABILITY:

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Products or Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product at issue.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.


11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Premium Auto Styling and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Products
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your installation or use of any Product
  • Any false or misleading information you provide

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Informal Resolution:

Binding Arbitration:

  • If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Products will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
  • Arbitration will be conducted in Riverside County, California, or at your option, via telephone or online.
  • You and Premium Auto Styling agree to waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.

Exceptions:

  • Either party may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
  • We may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

13. SHOPIFY INTEGRATION & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our e-commerce platform is provided by Shopify Inc. Your use of Shopify's checkout, payment processing, and related services is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and Shopify's Privacy Policy.

We use various third-party services to operate our business, including:

  • Shopify (e-commerce platform)
  • Shopify Payments (payment processing)
  • ShipStation (order fulfillment)
  • Klaviyo (email marketing)
  • Judge.me (product reviews)

Your interactions with these services are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.


14. PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.


15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.


16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Premium Auto Styling regarding your use of the Site and purchase of Products, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.


18. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to the arbitration provision above, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California for any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site.
