SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are made to order and ship within 2-3 business days of order placement (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time. Your total delivery time = Processing time (2-3 days) + Shipping time (see below).

  • Orders under $39.99: $5.99 flat rate
  • Orders $39.99 and above: FREE SHIPPING

Delivery Time

  • 2-5 business days after shipment

Carriers

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on your location and product availability to ensure reliable delivery. You will receive tracking information for all orders.

High-Value Orders

Orders valued at $150 or more may be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for added security and may require a signature upon delivery.

International orders ship via USPS International services (First Class International, Priority Mail International) with tracking.


⚠️ IMPORTANT: INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS

Customer Responsibility

All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • ✅ The shipping cost you pay covers postage only
  • ❌ Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are NOT included in your order total
  • ❌ You are responsible for paying all customs charges imposed by your country
  • ❌ We cannot predict or control these fees - they are determined by your country's customs authority

What to Expect

Depending on your country's regulations and your order value, you may be required to pay:

  • Import duties
  • Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  • Customs processing fees
  • Brokerage fees

These fees are paid directly to your country's customs authority or postal service at the time of delivery or before your package is released.

Delivery Delays

International shipments may experience delays due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Incomplete customs documentation
  • Holidays and postal strikes
  • Remote/rural delivery locations

We recommend allowing extra time for international deliveries beyond the estimated timeframes.

Customs Forms

All international packages include completed customs declaration forms as required by law. We declare the actual purchase price and accurate product descriptions.


COUNTRIES WE DO NOT SHIP TO

Due to shipping restrictions, postal service suspensions, or regulatory compliance, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Albania, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Central African Republic, Colombia, Cuba, Egypt, Ghana, Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Laos, Libya, Myanmar (Burma), Nigeria, Niue, North Korea, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen

If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot provide shipping service at this time. This list is subject to change based on postal service availability and international regulations.


ORDER TRACKING

All orders include tracking information. You will receive:

  • Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships (within 2-3 business days)

Tracking Your Order:

  • Domestic orders: Track via USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com
  • International orders: Track via USPS.com (may transfer to your local postal service for final delivery)

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping
  • For international orders, returned packages may incur additional customs fees and return shipping costs

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at orders@premiumautostyling.com. We can only modify addresses before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.


SHIPPING INSURANCE & LOST PACKAGES

Domestic Orders

  • All domestic orders include standard USPS/UPS insurance
  • Orders $150+ may include signature confirmation for added security
  • If your package shows as "delivered" but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days

International Orders

  • International orders include basic tracking
  • Orders $150+ may include additional insurance
  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by international customs or postal services after they leave the United States

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking shows your package as lost or damaged in transit, contact us at orders@premiumautostyling.com within 30 days of shipment. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and find a resolution.


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

International Orders - IMPORTANT

Packages refused due to customs fees are NOT eligible for refund.

By placing an international order, you agree to:

  • Accept your package and pay any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by your country
  • Understand that refusing delivery will result in forfeiture of your order
  • Accept that we cannot refund customs fees paid to your government

If a package is refused and returned to us:

  • No refund will be issued, OR
  • Refund will be issued minus original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a 20% restocking fee

Domestic Orders

If you refuse delivery of a domestic package:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

  • Return shipping from international addresses is expensive - please contact us before returning

HOLIDAYS & PEAK SEASONS

Shipping times may be extended during:

  • Major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
  • Peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday)
  • Postal service disruptions

We will notify customers of any expected delays via email or website announcements.


PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO/DPO)

PO Boxes: We can ship to domestic PO Boxes via USPS.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO):

  • Treated as domestic mail with domestic shipping rates
  • May have longer delivery times depending on location
  • Subject to military postal regulations
  • Some items may be restricted - contact us if unsure
