Dry Installation Guide

Inspect the emblems.
Confirm that you have identified the correct front and rear overlay pieces
and that each factory emblem is smooth and undamaged.

Clean the application surfaces.
Remove dirt, wax, grease, detailing products and other contamination. Dry
both emblems completely before beginning installation.

Test the alignment.
Before exposing the adhesive, position each piece over its corresponding
emblem and identify the perimeter and logo reference points.

Apply the overlay.
Remove the overlay from its backing paper. Align it carefully over the
emblem face, lightly tack the center into place and verify positioning before
applying full pressure.

Squeegee from the center outward.
Use firm, controlled pressure with a felt-edge squeegee or clean fingertips
to work the vinyl outward toward the perimeter. Avoid trapping air beneath
the material.

Remove the transfer tape.
If transfer tape is present, peel it slowly back over itself at a low angle.
If any section lifts, lay the tape back down and apply additional pressure.

Post-heat the installation.
Apply gentle, controlled heat and firm pressure around the full overlay,
especially along narrow sections and perimeter edges. Do not overheat the
vinyl or factory emblem.

Repeat on the second emblem.
Install the remaining overlay using the same preparation, alignment and
post-heating process.
Recommended Installation Conditions
Install indoors or in a shaded, controlled environment. Approximately
65°F–72°F is ideal. Avoid applying vinyl to excessively hot or cold emblems
or while the vehicle is sitting in direct sunlight.
Care and Service Life
- Allow the adhesive to set before washing the vehicle.
- Avoid directing concentrated high-pressure water at the overlay edges.
- Use vehicle-safe wash products and soft microfiber towels.
- Do not scrape or pick at narrow logo sections or perimeter edges.

vehicle storage, sun exposure and maintenance.
