Installation
Installing your vinyl overlays is quick and straightforward, requiring minimal tools. A felt-edge squeegee is recommended but not required.
For best results, install when the vehicle is cool to the touch—early morning before driving is ideal. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the surface using isopropyl alcohol to remove any dirt, wax, or residue.
Once clean, align the overlay along the factory body lines under the headlight. Starting from the center, use your finger or a felt-edge squeegee to press the vinyl down while pushing air outward toward the edges.
Minor trimming may be required, so having a precision knife on hand is recommended. After installation, remove any remaining air bubbles and allow the vehicle to sit in the sun for approximately 30 minutes to help the vinyl settle.
Do not install in direct sunlight or on a hot surface.
