America 250 Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the America 250 Giveaway ("Promotion") conducted by Premium Auto Styling. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

1. Sponsor

The America 250 Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Premium Auto Styling ("Sponsor"), located at:

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on Friday, July 3, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees and contractors of Premium Auto Styling, as well as their immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

Automatic Entry with Qualifying Purchase

Customers who place a qualifying order during the Promotion Period with a merchandise subtotal of $25.00 USD or more (after discounts and before tax and shipping) will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Limit one (1) automatic entry per qualifying order.

Gift card purchases, cancelled orders, refunded orders, fraudulent orders, and orders determined by the Sponsor to violate these Official Rules are not eligible.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Limit one (1) alternate entry per eligible person.

Alternate entries must be received during the Promotion Period and no later than 11:59 PM PT on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize

Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) Premium Auto Styling Digital Gift Card valued at $250.00 USD.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000.00 USD.

Gift cards are subject to Premium Auto Styling's standard gift card terms and conditions.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may result from acceptance or use of the prize, if applicable.

6. Winner Selection

On or about Wednesday July 15, 2026, four (4) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion, including winner selection and eligibility, are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified using the email address associated with their qualifying order or alternate method of entry.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days, or is determined to be ineligible, Premium Auto Styling reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, winners grant Premium Auto Styling permission to use their first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes, including publication on the Premium Auto Styling website, email newsletters, and official social media channels, without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

Premium Auto Styling reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

Premium Auto Styling also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Premium Auto Styling, its owners, employees, affiliates, representatives, and partners from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and otherwise in accordance with the Premium Auto Styling Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Winner Announcement

Following verification of eligibility and acceptance of the prize, the winners' first name, last initial, and state may be announced on the Premium Auto Styling website and official social media channels.
