I ordered a set of emblem overlays and when I installed them I unfortunately messed up both the front and rear vinyl’s. I sent an email explaining I had messed up the application and if they could just re-process my order so that I could get another set. To my surprise Jack replied to my email and told me had had another set shipped out for me for free. I am very grateful that he would do something like that since it was my fault. The second installation was seamless and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Definitely going to buy more in the near future, thanks again.
