Note: These are overlays, not reflector replacements. They cover the existing rear bumper reflectors.
Installation:
Tools Recommended: Heat gun or blow dryer, padded glove or felt-tip squeegee
Clean the side mirror chrome trim thoroughly.
Peel off the overlay. Reposition if needed before applying heat.
Align the edge of the overlay toward the middle of the car.
Apply the flat portion first, then work on either the top or bottom section of the chrome trim. Avoid applying both simultaneously to allow air to escape.
Gently stretch the overlay as needed to guide placement on the second section.
Slowly lay down the overlay, pushing out any bubbles. If wrinkles occur, lift the overlay, apply heat to remove wrinkles, and re-apply.
Wrap excess vinyl around the chrome trim, tucking it into crevices or trimming with a thin blade.
Refer to the product photo for precise overlay placement.
Post-heat the vinyl to activate the adhesive and enhance tackiness.
Firmly press out any remaining bubbles, swiping towards the nearest edge. If you make a mistake, peel off the overlay and re-apply with heat to remove wrinkles.
Remember to post-heat the vinyl for optimal adhesion.
