INSTALLATION:

This product is a WET INSTALL PRODUCT. Getting the vinyl installed on your ride is very easy and only requires minimal tools. First you need: lubrication spray solution.  You can make a lubrication spray solution at home by using a spray bottle filled with water and mixing it with 1 drop of dish soap or buy our PRE-MIX SOLUTION SOLD HERE, You'll also need an application squeegee. For Best results we recommend cleaning the surface that you'll be applying our overlays too, cleaning should consist of removal of any waxes, dirt and or debris. For the cleaning process a clay bar is highly recommended: CLEANING PREP SPRAY & CLAY BAR's SOLD HERE). Before you begin installation of any vinyl overlays please make sure you are working in the right conditions, you should never install vinyl in direct sunlight, never apply vinyl in temperatures that are neither too hot nor too cold. Our in-house expert installers say the optimum temperature for installing vinyl is between 65 and 72 degrees (F). Vinyl can be installed as low as 50 degrees (F), and up to 90 degrees (F).

After the surface is clean and you have read and completed "WET INSTALL BASICS" Start by misting the surface you will be applying the overlay to, then do the same for the adhesive side of the overlay after you have gently peeled the tint from the backing paper.

Start at the bottom front edge where the bulge in the headlight is. You will notice a small indentation in the overlay, this is to mark the corner of the bulge, place the overlay so it lines up in that area, and the rest will fall into place. 

Make sure your outer edge falls along the outer bottom edge of the headlight. Once you are happy with placement. Use firm pressure with a pro felt squeegee starting from the center of the overlay and push out all the moisture and air out from underneath the tint.

Once completely laid, go back over the entire overlay squeegeeing it down again, making sure there is no air left under the vinyl.  Once happy with your final result, post heat the overlay with a heat gun, or let the vehicle sit in the sun for a couple hours and the install is complete.
