We wanted to see what we could do with a fresh set of eyes on the tail lights on this Subaru. We had our good friend @an.tuan bring his STI by for us to test some new designs and to develop some new ideas for the 2015-2020 Subaru WRX / STI platform which we later came to find were very well received by the Subaru community. While the team tested the first couple ideas, @an.tuan and @premiumchristian were cooking up something special in the back. What they came up with, is a product with multiple different variations that ultimately became what we now call our, Tail Light Black Out with Custom Cut Out.
Later we were asked to make the pieces of the product separate for some people that only wanted certain pieces of it which then created the Tail Light Deck Black Out, and Tail Light Insert with Custom Cut Out. Separate or all together, each product drastically changed the entire look of the rear of the vehicle. 
The best part about the whole thing is utilizing the OEM tails. No wiring, no disassembly. Just a custom piece of vinyl right ontop of the oem tail light. You get a completely different look for a whole lot less. Even if you just want to do the inserts by themselves they are a whole different look. 
We've made sure to take the extra steps to make it as easy as possible for anyone who wants to do this to their tails. So we made a detailed install guide on our website, we’ve ranked this install as a 3 out 5 difficulty for DIYers. Completely do able, but does require patience and some understanding of vinyl. But don’t worry if our full written install guide isn’t enough, our install video on YouTube should help those of you who are more visual.
