INSTALL GUIDE 

WET INSTALL: Getting the vinyl installed on your ride is very easy and only requires minimal tools. What you'll need: lubrication spray solution, squeegee and sometimes a blade and or heat gun. You can make a lubrication spray solution at home by using a spy bottle filled with water and mixing it with 1 drop of dish soap or buy our PRE-MIX SOLUTION SOLD HERE, You'll also need an application squeegee. For Best results we recommend cleaning the surface that you'll be applying our overlays too, cleaning should consist of removal of any waxes, dirt and or debris. For the cleaning process a clay bar is highly recommended: CLEANING PREP SPRAY & CLAY BAR's SOLD HERE). Before you begin installation of any vinyl overlays please make sure you are working in the right conditions, you should never install vinyl in direct sunlight, never apply vinyl in temperatures that are neither too hot nor too cold. Our in-house expert installers say the optimum temperature for installing vinyl is between 65 and 72 degrees (F). Vinyl can be installed as low as 50 degrees (F), and up to 90 degrees (F). Let's begin, You’ll first want to spray the adhesive side of the vinyl very lightly with surface lube and then position the vinyl into place on your vehicle. Using a squeegee, start from the center and begin pushing the air from beneath the overlay toward the edges. A heatgun is recommended to conform the edges of the overlay. There should be no trimming required. Once you've completed the install we recommend that you leave your car in the sun for up to 30 minutes just to let everything dry, another option would be to use a heat gun to speed up the drying process.  

Install Note: 

Line up top edge of overlay and then line up the screw hole, and everything else falls into place. Positioning can be somewhat difficult to get lined up 100% right because of the need to line up the edge and screw hole but if done right everything should line up perfect. which is really the only reason for install difficulty rating of 3.

Difficulty Rating of 2 is used when you should expect installations that are easy, but have a few spots that you'll need to take extra care. (NOT TO HARD AT ALL REALLY)

Difficulty Rating of 3 is used for overlays that need just a little time and patience when installing. Extra care is required to help with alignment and getting the film to lay down correctly. (TAKE YOUR TIME YOU'LL BE FINE)
