Order Status & Tracking

When a label is created, your order is queued for pickup. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after the label is printed (Mon–Fri). Tracking may not update until the carrier’s first scan.

Need an update?
Email orders@premiumautostyling.com with your order # and the email used at checkout. We reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).

When to contact us

  • No tracking movement 72 hours after “Label Created”

  • Tracking stalled for 7+ days (US) or 14+ days (International)

  • Marked delivered, not received: check with household/neighbors and your local post office within 48 hours, then email us

  • Need it by a date? We’ll help choose an expedited option (additional costs/fees may apply)
