HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most Orders Ship within 72 hrs: We strive to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. Our Pre Cut vinyl overlays are ALL custom made for you, when you order! Because of this process, all precut kits require extra time to manufacture and package for shipping, which can cause us to need additional time with your order. Some larger orders do need an additional 24-48 hours to fulfill because of our production process. If for some reason your order will not ship within the expected time frame, you will be contacted immediately by one of our representatives with an estimated ship date.
*Please note that Window Flags, Emblem Overlays, and Premium Banners have a fulfillment time of 3-6 Business days...these items are made to order and take an additional time to produce*
Please allow additional time for shipping carrier to update tracking information and deliver shipment. Along with quick turn-around times, we offer online tracking to keep customers informed at all times. I TYPED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
If your package has already been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to see if you are able to correct the address. Premium Auto Styling and USPS are not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customers. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, you will need to cover the additional shipping fee for us to send it back out again.
WHAT DOES "AWAITING FULFILLMENT" MEAN?
This means, we have received your order and it is currently being processed. Please allow 2-4 business days before shipment. In most cases, it'll be out much faster!
TRACKING MY ORDER
Customer accounts are updated with tracking info within 48 hrs. To make it more convenient for our customers our system automatically emails each customer their tracking numbers when an order ships. Customers are not required to log into the website to track the status of orders. Our goal is to keep customers updated regarding their order status at all times. Of course we're also happy to answer any order status concerns customers send us. Emails are answered by a representative within 24 hours of being sent, Monday - Friday.
MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND I DON’T SEE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
Sometimes, USPS marks a package as delivered but ends up delivering next business day. We recommend waiting one business day for your order to arrive. For lost/stolen packages, please contact USPS or your local Postal Service. We can assist you once USPS or your local Postal Service has been contacted. Email us at orders@premiumautostyling.com.
DUTIES/TAXES/CUSTOM FEES
When your order arrives at your shipping destination, import duties/taxes/and/or custom fees may be charged in order to clear the package from customs. Premium Auto Styling is not responsible for fees that may be charged.
I NEED ASSISTANCE WITH INSTALLING A PRODUCT
If you need any advice or help with installing any of our products, please email us at orders@premiumautostyling.com. Our team will assist you with making sure you get your products installed with the support of our customer service reps and installers. Every vinyl/tint product sold on our website has been developed and tested in house to make sure you get the best fitting items in the world.
WEBSITE PRICING, DISCOUNTS, & PROMOTIONS
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Orders placed prior to promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer and/or modify or cancel any promotion due to a system error or unforeseen issues.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
As surprising as it may seem, the checkout process on our website is considerably safer than giving your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant. We take our customers Security and Privacy very seriously, and use the highest level of protection possible. For all transactions we use SSL encryption security utilizing advanced data encryption to protect your privacy and personal information. When you submit an order, your personal information is encrypted to prevent others from intercepting your data. All online transactions through our website are secured with industry standard SSL encryption.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?
Yes. Paypal is accepted from customers that have verified Paypal accounts and use a verified shipping address located in the United States. We will not ship any orders to unverified Paypal addresses. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, we gladly accept international orders.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order please email us immediately. Include the following: your name, order number, phone number and reason for canceling. We can cancel any order that has not already been processed. If your order is currently being processed or has already been shipped, you must go through the return process to obtain a refund. We require your contact information such as: full name, address, email address, and telephone number in order to properly fulfill your order. We do not sell, trade, barter or rent your name, personal information.
