Quick answers to the questions we get most about ordering, shipping, fitment, installs, and returns.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
• When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after the label is printed (Mon–Fri). Tracking may not update until the carrier’s first scan.

• How do I track my order?
Use our Order Status page: /order-tracking, or track any carrier at https://track.aftership.com/

• “Label Created” but no movement—what now?
This is normal until the first carrier scan. If there’s no update 72 hours after “Label Created,” email orders@premiumautostyling.com with your order #.

• Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Typical delivery is 1–3 weeks plus customs processing. International customers are responsible for duties/VAT/fees.

• Can you expedite shipping?
Email orders@premiumautostyling.com with your order # and deadline—additional costs/fees may apply.

• PO Boxes / APO / FPO?
USPS can deliver to PO Boxes. UPS typically cannot.

• Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment, we’ll do our best. Email us ASAP with your order # and details.

PRODUCTS & FITMENT
• Will this fit my vehicle?
Our patterns are designed for specific year/make/model/trim. Include that info and we’ll confirm fitment before you buy.

• What’s included with an overlay kit?
Pre-cut overlay pieces; when applicable, a small squeegee and prep pads. See each product page for exact contents and install guidance.

• Will overlays damage my lights or paint?
When installed and removed as directed on clean OEM surfaces, premium films are paint-safe and removable. We cannot guarantee results on repaints, aged/compromised finishes, or poorly prepped surfaces—always test an inconspicuous spot first.

• Are overlays legal for street use?
Some products are intended for off-road/show/track use only. Check local laws before purchase/installation.

INSTALL & CARE
• What tools and conditions do I need?
Clean surface (wash/decon/isopropyl wipe), microfiber towels, a squeegee with felt edge, masking tape, and a heat gun on low. Work around 65–74°F in a clean, dust-free space.

• Any tips for best results?
Dry-fit first, align with tape, apply gradually, use light heat for curves. Avoid pressure/automatic car washes for 48–72 hours after install.

RETURNS, WARRANTY & REPLACEMENTS
• What is your return policy?
30-day returns on eligible, unused items in original packaging. Start by emailing orders@premiumautostyling.com with your order # and reason. Some custom/made-to-order items may be limited to exchange or store credit. Full policy: /returns-exchanges

• Do you offer a warranty?
Yes—30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the original purchaser. Not covered: install damage, misuse, normal wear, or issues from poor prep/repainted surfaces. To claim, email photos and your order # within 30 days.

• I messed up an install—can I get a single replacement piece?
Yes. Use our Overlay Replacement Program to order individual pieces from your kit (eligibility/details on the page): /overlay-replacement

PAYMENTS & MISC
• What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards and popular digital payment methods shown at checkout. Sales tax is calculated based on destination.

• Do you sell gift cards?
